Important- where possible clients/young people should be given the oppurtunity to be seen alone in a private area where the client/young person will feel comfortable.

 

1. Explaining Confidentiality & How The Scheme Works

 

2. Fraser Guidelines/Safeguarding

 

3. Condom Demonstration

 

4. Discuss safe sex and signpost

 

5. Register details to online data system

 

6. Issue c-card and give condoms
